This is the sleeve used to build the castor adjustment tie rod for ROK and RFC cage karts.
Most Junior karts will use the 2" version, Bandit and Open karts use the 2.5" version.
This is considered a "sacrifical part" it will break under heavy contact and allow the caster block to rotate in the frame instead of breaking the spindle, block or frame.
